Documents can be mailed, faxed to 916-449-1285, or submitted via the Drop Box located in the parking lot of 630 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

NEW Virtual Landlord Drop-In Hours
During Landlord Virtual Drop-In Hours, housing providers are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. To protect personal information, we serve one housing provider at a time. All others will remain in the waiting room until it is their turn. To better help us assist you as efficiently as possible, please have your tenant and vendor codes ready.
