Commissioners serve in a policy and advisory capacity and are not involved in the administration of individual housing programs or participant cases.

If you need assistance regarding a housing program matter, please contact the appropriate SHRA department directly through the Agency’s Contact Us page or program offices.

If you have already attempted to resolve a complaint or dispute through normal staff channels and believe the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the SHRA Ombudsman Program.

The Ombudsman Program serves as an impartial intermediary to assist with complaints or disputes involving SHRA housing programs.
